I bought 3 sweatshirts, one child and two adults of the Nike design Inside Out. They looked fine in person but after one wash on the delicate cycle and hung dry, the sweatshirt is already pilling. I worked with customer service on trying to get the correct size for my toddler prior to purchasing and while it fit she unfortunately won’t be able to wear after this fall and winter season which is a bummer. Otherwise shipped quickly and customer service was responsive.
We ordered it from Spain and it arrived in a very short time. The sweatshirt is beautiful and my daughter is very happy.

I love the shirt! But there is a typo on the front. It says R74 when it should be R34. It is correct on the back. I emailed them about it, and they quickly got back to me. They said they’d ship out new ones, just waiting to hear back more about if the shirts shipped and/or receive the new ones in the mail.
Excellent customer service by Nancy and the exact products I ordered. Would order from again. Great website. Now for the backstory if you’re interested. I could find very little information about this website before I ordered. They accepted PayPal so at the very least, I figured if there was an issue, I could get my money back. I ordered and was impatient. I reached out with little hope and threatened to report them to PayPal. Nancy emailed me within a few hours on a weekend and reassured me my order shipped. A few days later it arrived and could not have been more pleased about being wrong.
2 weeks since I ordered it with the fastest shipping and not even here yet. I got it as a gift for me and my girlfriend but now I need to find something else for our graduation. Hope it comes in time and the quality is nice or I am for sure asking for a refund
