Refund policy
- RETURN
Our policy protects shoppers from risks when purchasing online such as goods being lost, damaged during shipping (partially or completely) or products not being as described.
Most products are printed on demand or personalized for you. Others cannot use them, so the product can only be returned if the error is ours: the product is not as described or damaged. or lost, causing you to not receive the goods.
Our return policy is valid for 30 days only since your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If we request item(s) to be returned to us, we will send the qualified refund or replacement to you after receiving the return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns. Shipping, handling, taxes, and any additional service costs are nonrefundable.
- HOW TO REQUEST AND PROCESS THE RETURN/REFUND
When having received an order not meeting your expectations, you can send a return/refund request by contacting us via support@giftfulfind.com.
Please explain the reason you would like to return the item(s), let us know your expectations, and accompany full and clear evidence as detailed below:
- Photo(s) of quality issues and any damaged parts of the actual product received;
- Photo(s) of the incorrect item received (in case the item delivered is incorrect in terms of color/design/size compared to the order confirmation);
- Photo(s) of the size label and the entire item when measured with a ruler (in case of size is inconsistent with measurements stipulated in the size chart);
- Photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received.
Within 02 business days from the date we receive full evidence of your complaint, we will review the case and offer you an appropriate solution.
If the return is approved, we will provide you with the address to send the returnable item to.
If approval is not granted, we will discuss thoroughly our reasoning for reaching this result. You may receive a refund, a new replacement, or your received product based on our confirmation.
- LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
We will send you a notification with proof of refund after we do so.
If you haven't received your refund yet, first double-check your bank account to make sure your refund wasn't accidentally overlooked.
You can then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for an identical one, please send us an email at support@giftfulfind.com.
